About Mindfulled
Who Runs Mindfulled?
Hey friend, my name is Luka and I write the content here on mindfulled.
Like many of us, what got me interested in self-improvement, personal growth, and spirituality was the struggle and suffering in my life. It’s not that I had particularly bad circumstances, but that my mind really got on my nerves.
Constant anxieties, worries, and overthinking disrupted by fleeting moments of happiness and peace which just acted as the harbingers of more pain was the norm.
That’s the state most of us are in.
I could now tell you how I have conquered all the mind’s negativity and what kind of insights and experiences I had along the way, but quite frankly, I don’t think this is what it’s about.
Reminiscing about insights and experiences can keep you stuck and always craving for more.
After flailing around on the spiritual and personal growth playground for quite some time, I seemed to be even more frustrated and tense than when I started.
The only reason why I was obsessed with spiritual and personal development is that I believed I was something that I am not.
I wanted to become something so bad. What did I want to become, I was not so sure.
In any way, I thought that something was wrong with me and needed some serious fixing.
But then I made an extraordinary ordinary discovery.
Nothing is wrong with anything.
I don’t need to be, do, or have anything.
I don’t need to endlessly improve myself.
I don’t need to become something (neither do you) because there is nothing to become.
I am what I am and could never be anything else.
About Mindfulled
I have started mindfulled as a way to share what I have learned along the way and if I can help someone on their journey by doing so, then that’s nice too.
What happens here is partly cathartic to get all the stuff (knowledge) out of my system, partly a way to assist you on your way back home, and overall a creative project.
Although I offer my perspectives on topics such as spirituality, non-duality, the art of living, manifestation, states of consciousness, inner healing, and awakening to our true potential, I am never offering absolute views.
Don’t just believe what I’m telling you (and no one else for that matter). The golden rule is to always think for yourself.
Until I arrive at some definitive truth, my views on things will most definitely change, and sometimes even from one day to another or from one hour to another.
Nonetheless, I always give my best to speak from experience, and if you have arrived here, surely there is something here that can help you make the next step.
Apart from that, if you have any questions or just want to say hi, you can reach out to me via the contact form.
And if you need help on your personal journey and want to work 1-on-1 with me check out my offers by clicking here.
